The delivery date. It is the first thing I agree on with a new client and the only thing I do not renegotiate afterwards. Most of the companies I serve have been with me for years, and that is the reason they give when I ask.
Genuinely bilingual
Bilingual does not mean someone translates the report at the end. It means the person recording the transaction can explain it in Japanese to the person who will consolidate it. That difference only shows up when there is a question at close.
Where I work
The office is in Colonia Dávila, in Tijuana. Beyond Baja California I serve a client in Mexicali and another with a branch in the Bajío region.
